Black RX is a series where you love it or hate it or is there no middle ground? I decided to rewatch the finale and thought of the many weaknesses the series had. Just because Saban's Mashed Rider sucks doesn't mean RX's weaknesses should be overlooked. At least, Shigenori Takatera took the time to write down the weaknesses and correct them in Kuuga. So, how should the finale be? As said, tie the loose ends of both Black and Black RX especially in the finale arc.
Do you remember the episode when Grand Lord Crisis sent the blood clock as a warning to the Crisis officers? I thought about how I did tie in Bilgenia as the new Crisis inspector. The whole event should feature the same vision of Grand Lord Crisis speaking to the members of Crisis. He would say that Crisis Empire may suffer the same fate as their previous comrades. Then, Bilgenia starts to literally sabotage everyone so he could get Grand Lord Crisis' favor. Heck, he may still be obsessed with getting Kotaro's now-enhanced Kingstone in order to get his role as Century King. But he will be secretly sabotaging everyone's schemes.
Remember how Gedorian was the first to die? I think Bilgenia should trick Gedorian into getting a power-up or even mutate Gedorian. Think of what if Gedorian became an energy-absorbing monster and say, "If you do defeat RX, think that Great Leader may even promote you to his second-in-command!" But this is all but his scheme to turn Gedorian into a time bomb. Let Gedorian use the Crisis vessel to power up Gedorian to dangerously high levels. Black RX would probably nearly die only because General Jark and Maribaron would try to stop Bilgenia. Bilgenia would tell them that the orders of the Great Leader are absolute.
The next task would be how to get rid of Gatezone. Gatezone would be transformed into a super robot for the next plot. Bilgenia would turn Gatezone into a super robot. He would also secretly use the evil fuel against Kotaro's motorcycle. Just imagine if Bilgenia would soon use an upgraded Gatezone to destroy Kotaro. However, what Gatezone isn't aware of is that Bilgenia has secretly put a self-destruct sequence in his body. Bilgenia has Gatezone purposely burn him out and try to blow Black RX up. This act would totally shock the Crisis officers at Bilgenia's brutality. Bilgenia would probably try to get rid of Black RX by any means possible.
The arrival of Granzarias would need more impact. Bilgenia is greeted by Granzarias who he will call as his ultimate weapon -- something the Great Leader didn't want to use but desperate measures call for it. Bosgun would totally try to challenge Black RX to one-on-one combat. Bilgenia would mock Bosgyn and say, "I have the perfect plan to defeat RX but you just want to screw it up!" The plan would involve Bilgenia launching Chaps armed with deadly weapons to fire at Black RX when the chance gets. However, Bosgan stubbornly refuses any help. Black RX and Bosgun have one last duel with results in the latter's death. Bosgun blows up then Bilgenia prepares to use Granzarias. Bilgenia then tasks Maribaron with an ancient ritual to revive some old foes. My choices would involve Admiral Majin, Apollo Geist, Colonel Zol, Marshall Armor, Admiral Akuma, and General Shadow to harass the previous Riders. Maribaron is tasked to revive their souls from Hell.
I was thinking to make the stakes higher -- let Bio Rider get injured after he destroys Granzarias from within. Bilgenia sends the Chaps to make sure that Black RX is dead and bring his corpse as proof. Bilgenia then shows up to harass the other Showa Riders with the ghosts of the previous officers. The previous officers start to harass the Riders. Bilgenia says, "You can't kill a dead man twice! Thes are their vengeful ghosts!" Meanwhile, Kotaro can be found trying to recover somewhere. Maybe, make a scene where he's secretly recuperating somewhere. However, his will to fight is still strong enough that he does manage to beat up some Chaps. The Kingstone would soon appear to heal Kotaro but he's warned that he can't use the healing power all the time. He would later arrive to reveal the source of the ghosts' powers. He slashes Maribaron across the face while the other Riders (even while in-suit) send back their old enemies to Hell.
So how to deal with General Jark and Bilgenia? General Jark arrives at the Great Leader's fortress. We see the same old giant head Grand Lord Crisis is. Grand Lord Crisis would soon turn General Jark into Jark Murderer. Bilgenia would have his other motives such as use General Jack as his final failsafe. Maribaron would exclaim, "Maybe, it was just proper for Great Leader to seal you back in your coffin!" Bilgenia says, "Oh, but your incompetence is the reason why I'm back!" General Jark's demise would be in one badass scene. I'd still Kotaro's employers and have that dramatic scene. The other legacy Riders would be busy trying to evacuate potential slaves for the Great Leader's new regime. This would include citizens of Crisis who had rebelled against the Great Leader himself. Kotaro's employers would later die alongside other people who were trying to help the evacuation procedure. Bilgenia would goad Jark Murderer's murderous tendencies. He would later refuse to help Jack Murderer because he plans to kill Black RX himself.
I think an extra episode could have been used before the ending. The second to the last episode would focus on Bilgenia wanting Kotaro's Kingstone. Great Leader would reveal he was also Gorgom's master when he appears in the form of a giant heart. Great Leader would say, "You possess both the powers of Shadow Moon and Black Sun now. Why don't you fulfill your destiny at my side?" This would enrage Maribaron and reminds Great Leader by saying, "He killed the Gorgom high priests and the Gorgom mutants, why would you offer him that?" Great Leader would say, "Shut up Maribaron! Never forget that it's the survival of the fittest!" Kotaro outright refuses then Bilgenia is summoned and told, "Finish this ingrate of Bilgenia!" Bilgenia and Black RX would have one epic duel. Bilgenia would try to say, "Remember when you tried to destroy me twice once as Black and the other as RX? Well this time, I will destroy you!" After the epic duel, Black RX would finally defeat Bilgenia. Great Leader would destroy Bilgenia himself and surface himself as a gigantic creature.
The final battle should be apocalyptic. Great Leader surfaces as a giant head then uses a giant body. He would say, "Kamen Riders, you have destroyed me many times but you can't stand me!" The Great Leader would prove to be too powerful. However, Kamen Rider Ichigo would say, "We have defeated him more than once. We don't care how many times we will resurface but we will destroy him for sure!" The Kamen Riders would finally combine their powers with Black RX's Kingstone. Ichigo will lead everyone in performing the final Rider Kick. They will hit the Great Leader banishing him forever from the Earth. Great Leader will suffer a fate worse than death as he's banished into Hell forever. Many of Crisis' good citizens would start to rebuild dimensions destroyed by the Great Leader.
Kotaro would later marry Reiko off-screen and live with the Sahara children together with Kyoko. Kotaro would mention that even if he's retired, there will still be other Kamen Riders sooner or later ready to fight in his place. Give Kotaro the happy ending he deserved even if Kamen Rider would get a hiatus later!
